Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days after payment is received. For custom or made-to-order pieces, processing time may be longer—please see the product description or contact us for estimates.
Shipping Methods
We ship via UPS with tracking and insurance. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on size, weight, and destination.
International Shipping
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply in their country.
Packaging
Each piece is carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure it arrives safely. For larger or more fragile works, we may use custom packaging or work with a professional art shipper.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each painting is a one-of-a-kind creation, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
Damaged Artwork?
If your order arrives damaged:
Please email us at ariddlefineart@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review your claim and do our best to offer a suitable resolution—this may include a repair, replacement (if applicable), or refund.
